Question proxy server : MS isa vs squid

i know some how know about micro soft isa proxy server
user can access any http access but not voice chat ,sms related
but if you install its firewall on user side then user can access other like voice chat, web cam and so on. so it is a complete solution

but i have squid and my clients can open all http access but can not open the web cam , voice chat and sms related sites. what can i do now
if you say transparent then speed will slow and also user can not control through transparent

and an amazing thing is that i have listen from some one

"isa is speedy than squid " is it right
