proxy server help!


i have a windows 2000 advance server connected to a VSAT internet connection with a proxy and port no. i want to make a secondary proxy server using my slackware box so that it will be a proxy to my local area network.. is it possible.. if possible please give me some tutorials tnx!

Squid might be overkill... are you wanting a full blown caching proxy?.. if so then squid is a good choice.
