proxy network to outside network

Hello all,
How to connect to outside network OR services which are running outside office premises.

Scenario:
I am at client side with having limited access. I am using internet using there Proxy and only port 80 and 443 is allowed for browsing purpose to connect.

If I want access my lab office (mostly SSH) how to do i do ?

One possible thing is that i can change the port of firewall of my lab to other than 80 and make a rule of ssh that is running on 80?

I can access my lab firewall(pfsense) webpage which is running on port 80 from client side.

--thanks

You could set up an SSTP VPN server (like SoftEther) at your lab on port 443. The proxy server should be unable to tell the difference between SSTP and regular HTTPS traffic.

Make sure you're not violating policy or compromising security before you start tunneling through the firewall.

It may be possible to access any outside resource based on changed ports. You'd have to change ports on both sides. Not sure what they have in this client side, if it's a smart firewall you may not get past it this way.

I agree that you need to get permission for this and it does expose both sides data.

Might look at other means like Acrobat.com connectnow (if they are still offering it) or maybe teamviewer.

It would be much easier if you kept your own hotspot and laptop.
