Proxy destroys my QoS

Hi,

I have a problem with my traffic shaper: when I turn on a web proxy server (privoxy or tinyproxy+dansguardian) on my router wheras my traffic shaping occurs I completely loose my bandwith restrictions per user. I am aware of the fact that web traffic is redirected to routers proxy socket and served in the proxy manner omitting the qos queues.

My question is HOW TO make this work?
