protocol analysis tools

Hello ,

What tool can you use to do protocol analysis on a daily basis to account for bandwidth usage. I am using ipac-ng but it is not giving me the full breakdown as per ISP usage report. I am only accounting for the protocols i know like web, mysql, etc and those that show up ontcpdump .

Thanks for the help.
