procmail forged ip address

I am using a srcipt to send emails with forged ip addreses to /dev/null

I want to be able to test this script by using internal mail (just between user an my machine). How would I go about doing this .ie forging internal mail between users on a local machine.
Thanks for your help

Forging mail ain't that hard as any newbie cracker site should show in it's "tuts". I'm interested tho in what you came up with to check addresses.
