It's really buggy! Copying or moving a file from a local folder to this samba mount is still not possible with nautilus whatever I use as mounting options. But when I open nautilus in the samba folder an create a new folder over File > New Folder that's working. The rights of the new folder are rwx to all -> correct as well (defined in the mounting options).
But deleting this new folder is not possible again.

What are the reasons of that very suspicious problems? Any ideas?
