Problems setting up FTP

Hey everyone,

Alright, my friend and I have been trying to set up our FTP stuff and i got mine all set.. he can connect and receive files and all that good stuff, but when i connect to him I get the following message:

227 Entering Passive Mode (192,168,1,100,121,194)
Cannot create a data connection: No route to host
Disconnecting from site his.ip.was.here

I think it has something to do with his LAN IP?? but i'm not sure.. Do you all have any ideas?
