Problem with squidGaurd and chastity-list

I have installed chastity-list, squid and squidGuard through synaptic on my Ubuntu 5.10/40? Edubuntu machine, did all the necessary configuration for it, but it won't url's. I'm trying to block myspace, on my entire network, but I'm having a hard time trying to get sources that are not to vague on the topic (in terms of problems and fixing them). Along with the chastity program, apparently it comes with a web interface that I can use to edit the list... but where do I find this program at? I found very, very little documentation on this program. Is there something I can do to fix this problem? Here is the url's to my squid.conf, squidGuard.conf, and squidGuard-chastity.conf...

http://pntbalg.shackspace.com/squid

If there is another program that you recommend that I can run localy on my box, I'm all ears.
