problem with SNMP in RH9

I install RH9 but I can't run SNMP in RH9.It doesn't have snmpget,snmpwalk,snmpset...the most simple command in SNMP.I don't know why.I try to install net-snmp but it has error like this "error: Failed dependencies:
perl(Term::ReadKey) is needed by net-snmp-5.0.9-4.rh9
perl(Tk) is needed by net-snmp-5.0.9-4.rh9
"
I don't know what is perl(Tk).I try to install perl(Tk) by webmin but nothing change.Anybody help me?Thanks.

Use --nodeps to ignore dependencies (the command line tools and agent don't really need perl), or install net-snmp from souce instead of using the rpm.
