initially Ubuntu could recognize the card, it was showed in the network manager and all.
the performance was really bad, ... realy really bad, low signal, y could not connect to any pc in the network being connected to it... horrible.

After a reboot, the network card DISSAPEAR , GONE.

I went to my shell and typed "lspci" , and the command show me the NETWORK CARD , but in my network manager it did not exist.

I typed also "ifconfig" it did not show me the wlan0 interface , also "ifconfig -a" did not show it either.

another reboot , and the card DISSAPEAR from the "lspci" list result

I dont know whats going on !!!!!!!!!!

I unplugged the card, reboot my pc, and the replug the card and reboot it again, and the card was listed in teh "lspci" list again, but is does not appear in ifconfig , ifconfig -a , or the network manager
