Problem with Intel Pro1000gt


hello,
I have problem with 2 Pro1000gt network cards in the system, they read and get detected but eth0 or eth1 wont get ip addresses, and when i force them up they get ipv6 ipaddress :S its really werid but if just one is in it, it works fine and gets the ip.

i have updated the drivers to the newest, iv updated the kernel to 2.6.17.13

i dont know where else to check or what to do please help?
