Based on your other thread here:
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...tflowd-874547/

You say softflowd is working fine. Which is it?

Also, you again don't provide details (version/distro of Linux, where you downloaded softflowd from, what you've tried, etc.), so it's hard to help you. Did you try to look this up? Apparently, you don't have the libpcap development libraries (which provide the bpf header file).

mr.taleb : Please read the @mr.taleb threads.

In this one http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...-8-a-865717/#5

... it says ""BPF" is required for softflowd : # yum install libpcap-devel"

the last problem has resolved by your answer but we have a new problem:

/usr/bin/install -c -m 0755 -s softflowd /usr/local/sbin/softflowd
/usr/bin/install -c -m 0755 -s softflowctl /usr/local/sbin/softflowctl
/usr/bin/install -c -m 0644 softflowd.8 /usr/local/man/man8/softflowd.8
/usr/bin/install: cannot create regular file `/usr/local/man/man8/softflowd.8': No such file or directory
make: *** [install] Error 1
