problem in wireless adhoc netwok

I have a prb:

I have testbed of 6 systems, with fedora 7 installed and work as adhoc network using wireless dongles,

I wanna send data from pc1 to pc6 so that my data goes through pc2, pc3, pc4 and pc5. let me tell you all the PCs are in the same wireless range, whenever I ping pc6 from pc1 using
"ping -R ip add of pc6", there is direct communication between them.

applying the following command on pc1:

iptables -A INPUT -m mac --mac-source [mac address of pc6 interface] -j DROP

can stop direct communication with pc6, and I can ping any system from pc1 except pc6, what commands are required on pc2..pc3..pc3..pc4..pc5 so that I can ping pc6 through these intermediate nodes..

Anyone having information.....!!!
thanks

An Ad-hoc wireless network is a peer to peer connection so each PC will "talk" directly to each other. What are you trying to accomplish?

Dear michaelk...!
Thank u very much for interest in my problem.
I have a testbed in my lab and ideally I require more than 50 nodes which are not possible to configure in my lab due to limited resources and limited space.

Now I have 6 systems and I have to establish multiple paths for my modified protocol (AODV) with above mentioned set up. Now in my lab all systems are in the same communication range and whenever I ping pc6 from pc1 it directly communicated with pc6.

I wanna my data should go as pc1.......pc2.....pc3......pc4......pc5....pc6

although all systems are in the same range and due to broadcasting pc6 directly linked with pc1.

this will be my first path and then using this idea i will have to set up at least four more paths in order to properly get results from my proposed scheme in AODV protocol.

I think u have understood what I am intending...
thank u very much
