problem in deliverying the mail from one domain to another

I have configured a Linux mail server with the domain name mail.bishal.com. the IP address of mail server mail.bishal.com is 192.168.1.1.
I have also configured another mail server mail.test.com in Linux with ip address 192.168.1.2.I can send the mail to the user of the same domain.
ie i can send mail from bishal@bishal.com to ram@bishal.com
But I can't send mail from bishal@bishal.com to hari@test.com. It gives the error message

"Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable
Server replied: 550 5.7.1 <hari@test.com>... Relaying denied"

Please help to solve this problem

I think you havent made changes to the sendmail.mc file so that it doesnt bind to only the loopback address. try displaying the output of this command
netstat -ant | grep 25
