prism2sta_cs compilation problem

Hi
I am trying to make a wireless hope between two buildings , using one xi300 pc card as an AP .
It is RH7.1 (k.v.2.4.2) instalation on a desktop i586 .
I used included pcmcia support for the installing of VG468 isa-to-pcmcia bridge - o.k. it is working .
I tried one prism2 rpm package (witch not supports AP mode) - everything was allright - the both stations were working in Ad-hoc mode + bridging to wiredLANs .
Now I'm trying to compile linux-wlan-ng-0.1.8-pre13-ap-2.2 AP mode support , but during make all , the compilation of prism2sta.c is asking for k_compat.h(no such file or directory) and breaks down with errors in script code .
I have no such header file on my linux tree .
What must Ido ?
Note that I have only remote control via ssh and ftp links .
