Printing to a Windows Machine with CUPS

I am trying to print to a Windows machine which is sharing
an HP PSC 1600 under the name HPPSC1600. The IP address of this
machine is: 192.168.0.23

The SuSE Machine has added the printer fine with YaST.
The other 2 Windows machines are fine - I just can't get this
Slackware 10.2 machine to do it!

I have run CUPSD, gone to "http://localhost:631/" and set it all up:

I have no classes, but I have an ipp printer at the address:
Code:
ipp://NI:631/printers/HPPSC1600
and I get:
Code:
Description: HP PSC 1600 Series
 Location: NI
 Printer State: idle, accepting jobs.
Device URI: http://NI:631/printers/HPPSC1600
When I try to print a test page, first I get:
Code:
Description: HP PSC 1600 Series
 Location: NI
 Printer State: processing, accepting jobs.
Device URI: http://NI:631/printers/HPPSC1600
Then:
Code:
Description: HP PSC 1600 Series
 Location: NI
 Printer State: processing, accepting jobs.
"Network host 'NI' is busy; will retry in 30 seconds..."
Device URI: http://NI:631/printers/HPPSC1600
I don't know what going on! One thing I notice is that it goes from
ipp:// to http://

Help me!

Riddick
