I solve this problem partly
Now I can connect using CHAP authentication but not PAP
The server gives me PAP Authentication Field. I tested it with Linux server only changing username and password, it connect perfectly, but when I`m trying to connect with windows server it`s still gives authentication error.
Is there any advice?

In event viewer I see system event, where written UserName: pppoe1. You do not have permission to connect using the selected authentication protocol.
I put this user into administrators group but I give same error
