Hi the problem solvers,
The network card in my red hat linux system failed and i changed it with a new one. From that day onwards, I am unable to connect to my ISP due to the "pppd deamon died unexpectedly" problem. I commented in the options file also. But problem persists. Anyone please help me......

Thanks and Regards,
Jegadeesh.P

What kind is your networkcard?
Sounds like a permission-problem!
Need more info on that.
