postrouting all except one

hi guys.

i was experimenting somethings, basically what i want to acheive is to make all look as if it is coimg from except this

iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o eth0 -s ! -j SNAT --to-source

pls is there somthing wrong here.

The rule looks fine to me. Is it not working or something?
