Question postfix smtp


i have my own mailserver but there is one problem
if i send a mail from bas_vdl(@)hotmail(dot)com to bas(@)lustgraaf(dot)nl location of sending: "holland" provider: "chello"(cable) its fine
but somebody tryed to send me a email from location: "america" but he gets te error below:

An unknown error has occurred. Account: '', Server:
'', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '554 5.7.1 Connection not authorized', Port: 25, Secure(SSL):
No, Server Error: 554, Error Number: 0x800CCC6F

im using redhat 9.0 postfix en qpopper
what is the problem...?
please help me
