Sorry I need help with deleting one mail from the imap spool on server. This mail is in the spool under some number, under some user, but outlook can not download this mail (virus ?, big ?, corrupted ?) I dont know. When I delete this mail manually, outlook works fine but reports that some messages can not be transfefered from server by downloading mails. But this mail is not in the spool, it is deleted.
I think there are some informations in file cyrus cache about missing mail and I dont know what to do with this situation.
Without file cyrus cache staing mails in qeue and do not go to spool.
Thank You very much.
