Postfix can't receive external mail

hello,

i'm trying to set-up a mail server with postfix as my mta. i can already send mails to external address. i'm having trouble, however, receiving external mail. i tried sending from an free email provider and this is what it returns:

Code:
<mbaluyos@mail2.sni.ph>: connect to mail2.sni.ph[202.84.105.14]: Connection
    refused
there is already an entry in my /etc/postfix/access for mail2.sni.ph and there is already and MX entry in the dns.

Check your firewall setup. It is probably blocking access to your server from external network.

i did a tail -f of /var/log/mail/info and this is what it says:

Code:
Sep 3 16:16:03 mail2 postfix/smtp[27673]: connect to 127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1]: Connection refused (port 10024)
Sep 3 16:10:42 mail2 postfix/smtp[27632]: 5397F2EF8: to=<mbaluyos@mail2.sni.ph>, relay=none, delay=0, status=deferred (connect to 127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1]: Connection refused)
btw, it's not a plain postfix set-up. it interfaces with amavisd-new which in turn calls up clamd and spamassassin.

10024 is amavis and it may not be running.

Your firewall appears to be blocking port 25.

try this

netstat -ltp
