Postfix and Exchange

I am trying to setup Postfix 2.0.12 as a relay to Exchange 2000. Postfix would be connected to our ISP for mail and then would be forwarded to Exchange for the seperate mailboxes. Eventually, I will install filters for spam, valid mailboxes, etc, but sending all mail for our domain to Exchange will work for now.

I have searched the Internet and have found a different methods. One simply used relayhost=exchange_ipaddress: port smtp. Another used the relay-domains tags in Is there a particular recommended method for this setup? I had the impression that relayhost was for outgoing SMTP only, not incoming mail.

I found an interesting HOWTO with Exchange 5.5. Anyone know why it would not work with Exchange 2000?

I would appreciate any feedback.
