port forwarding

I am trying to set up port forwarding for my backup server desktop that runs windows xp, using filezilla. I have a FIOS router, and cannot figure out the right settings to forward properly. It looks like all I can do is forward one outside port to another inside port. Anyone know how I specify the IP address?
