Port forwarding

How do I use this? What do I put in the IP space...

I use an Actiontec DSL modem, and can't send files over amsn. I can however recieve them, so someone told me that I need to forward ports. I know how to get to the menu to do this...but have never done it before.

Also, my IP is not static, so it changes...don't know if that matters or not.

Anyway, help apreciated. Thanks.
