1)cat>abc,if the requested file does not exist,error will be given by
a)kernel
b)Shell
c)root
d)None of the Above

2)To delete an user along with its home directory,the command is
a)user -d username
b)user -D username
c)user -r username
d)userdel -R username

3)user passwords are stored in
a)/etc/password
b)/root/password
c)/etc/passwd
d)/root/passwd

4)All run levels are stored in
a)/etc/fstab
b)/etc/init
c)/etc/inittab
d)/etc/rc.d

5)To check if a service is running ,the command is
a)Ntsysv
b)setup
c)/etc/rc.d/init.d/service
d)/etc/service

6)Password is applied using
a)psswd
b)pssword
c)uerpasswd
d)passwd username

Even if it is not homework, all questions are answered simply by executing the said command, going through the said files or looking at the man pages. I am not sure why this was posted to the forum!

Do your own homework. If you can't figure it out, read your textbook or ask your teacher...this is verbatim homework, which is easily solved by reading man pages, at the very least.
