Research Cable and DSL internet. They are both fast and reliable. Then research on Internet Service Providers that provide these services.

HOW fast?
HOW reliable?

Cable and DSL can have outages. If you are setting up a business (I read your other post) with many computers, then you may need a dedicated T1 line.

What is your budget?
