Please Help - Nistnet

Hi there!!!! I'm new~~~~ :)

First of all.... please bear with my poor English.... :(

My company has just installed RedHat to one of the PC's here, and I've been assigned to run some tests on it with Nistnet.

Here's the testing environment:
Client 1(WinNT Server - 1 network card installed) --> LAB131(xxx.xx.52.131)

Client 2(WinNT Server - 1 network card installed) --> LAB230(xxx.xx.50.230)

Nistnet(RedHat 8 - 2 network cards installed) --> LAB180(xxx.xx.50.180 & xxx.xx.52.180)

---------------------------------------------
Client 1 connected to xxx.xx.52.180
Client 2 connected to xxx.xx.50.180
---------------------------------------------

Client 1:
Gateway --> xxx.xx.52.180

Client 2:
Gateway --> xxx.xx.50.180

Inside Nistnet, I entered the following settings:
Source(xxx.xx.52.131) ---> Dest(xxx.xx.50.230)
Source(xxx.xx.50.230) ---> Dest(xxx.xx.52.131)

And here's the problem I encountered:
Client 1 can successfully ping both network cards of the RedHat machine
Client 2 can successfully ping both network cards of the RedHat machine
The RedHat machine can ping both Client 1 & 2

However, when I try to ping Client 2 from Client 1, or vice-versa, it doesn't work.... <<Request Time Out>>!! But the "BytesSent" field of Nistnet increased!! Apprently, some kind of data was sent out to the Dest by Nistnet.... if I'm correct. Can someone please tell me why there's nothing coming back????

Is there anything I setup incorrectly?? or is there something that I missed???

I've been working on this problem for a few days already -_-"
Many Thanks~~~ ^_^

Thanks so much for your reply!!

but where to enable ip_forward??
Sorry~~~ coz i'm very new to Linux.... -_-"

both machines(Client 1 & 2) are connected to the Nistnet machine directly through cross-over cables.
