Angry play a song in remote system no sound


i am using mandrake 10.0 KDE.
when i try to play a song in my system by LAN...
there is no sound in my system..
songs are in remote system...

how to play good songs as well as video...
thanks..

How exactly are you trying to play these songs? We'd need a far more descriptive post to be able to help you with anything. (We can only help you if you tell us what's wrong)

it shows the video but there is no sound in my system...
should i start any extra deamon services here?


you are opening a video in remote access
do you need visual effect yes or no ?

i gave yes ?but no sound..when i give no,song not play?

how to fix this problem??

Does sound work on the machine you are sshing to?

Are you trying to do this over a remote X server or something?

yeah i got it?

i runing the totem player at the remote so should i turn on the speaker of the remote system or my own speaker....
