pla help me redhat 9 cannot detect lan card

helo pls helpme redhat 9 in our pc cannot detect the lan card we install in our pc? do we stillneed a driver for that? another problem is the pc with os linux must be connected with the pc using windows(network)? so what shall we do? wuts the first thing to do? do we still need to install a driver for the windows? pls help AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.. were inbig trouble.. we also need to use linux as web server and for windows pc as the client.. thank u so much..

Run as root

# lspci -vv

and post the output.
