Ping6 problem

I need help for the following problem with IPv6 using the 2.4.19 kernel:

I'm not able to use ping6 like ping6 -I eth0 3ffe:ffff:1::3 to a host in the same subnetwork. There is always the message "...Destination unreachable: Address unreachable".

If I use the 2.4.22 kernel on the host, where I do the ping6 from and use the 2.4.19 kernel on the pinged host, ping6 works. If I do it contrariwise ping6 doesn't works.

So there must be a problem with the 2.4.19 host sending the neighbour solication message as the start message of ping6.
