I thank you NUMNULL22.

I did a test by changing the IP address as following:

aasbanas-priv 10.99.1.191
ebdb1-priv 10.99.1.192

Now ebdb1 can ping to aasbanas-priv but aasbanas stll can't ping tp ebdb1-priv.

I hope someone can help me to resolve the issue.
