Phoneline Network?!?

i just installed red hat 7.2 to learn on my second hard drive and i'm having trouble picking up my network. it is a diamond multimedia 10MB phoneline adapter that i'm using to access a linksys router for my DSL connection. diamond multimedia obviously doesn't have any help for linux so i figured i should come here. i really want to learn linux but it's hard to do if you can't access the internet!

thanks alot!
