Are you trying to log in with a password or with a public/private key pair? If you are trying to log in with a password, do you get the above message immediately or after password failures?
I'm log in with password. I got the error after input the password.
It sounds like it is rejecting the password you entered. The number of attempts that are allowed can be configured by the admin, but a common scenario is to allow three attempts. After each wrong attempt it will tell you "no dice" (I don't remember the actual words) and reprompt for the username and password. After the third failure you will get a message like what you reported and it will disconnect.
If this is what is happening, you probably don't have the right password.
