PC to PC Networking using USB

Hi,

I've got two machine at home, one is using RedHat 7.3 (this machine does not have serial port) and the other one is using Windows 98.

Q. Is it possible to use a USB cable for a simple PC (usb) to PC (usb) networking, for files and internet sharing? If yes, how?

Thank you for any information provided for this question.

Regards,
Jalil
