packet receiving


hi all
i am new bie to networking
i am doing a small program on server based.
some packets are recieving and sending to the server.
when the server is i think recieving packets should be null.

how could i know about these reciving packets from servers.(data packets or any)

please share my problem

When you debug a network application it's a good idea to have Ethereal/Wireshark running. It shows you the packets sent/received so you can check if all you want sent is sent and all you want received has reached the destination.
