Packet duplication!!!

Hi to all,

Can anyone tell me what happens when a Host receives 4 identical SYN packets? DOes it accept the first and drop the rest of does it drop the connection?

Unfortunately, I don't know how to check that because I don't know how to generate the identical duplicate packets..I'm still trying to write a program for it..
