P4C800 On-board gigabit driver not loading at startup

I have a P4C800 Deluxe motherboard and I recently ditched windows and now im trying to setup slackware 10 for my self. Ive got it installed and it works but Im having some problems with my network driver.

I got the driver from the cd that came with the board and It works however only for one startup. Everytime I start up I have to type "insmod 3c2000.o" then eth0 will start up and I will be able to access the internet until I restart again.

If i type "ifconfig eth0 up" before "insmod 3c2000.o" I get back that eth0 doenst exist.

So basically how do I permanantly install that driver?

Thanks in advance.
