outlook express not working after configuring squid proxy
i hav configure squid proxy server but the problem i am facing now is that in my clients machines (windows) outlook express is not working
how to get rid of this problem
quick response is highly appreciated

squid has nothing to do with email... they really are of no relevance to one another... what are you trying to get out of using squid? what is your network topology like?

what i did is i hav given internet access to windows clients through squid proxy server.
but in client side outlook express is not working means both incoming and outgoing mails are not working
although if i gave internet to clients without proxy then outlook express works.
i want to sort out this problem.

there is no "problem". squid is not an email proxy. you would still need to route data normally for things like that, or install a real imap / smtp / pop3 proxy too.
