Angry oracle linux broadcast forwarding

Please help!

I have a linux server (oracle linux 7.2). When I
connect the pc with internet the server automatically forward broadcast packet. Which causes ping is losing always and the other pc internet connected in same router being so slow.

But whenever I disconnect the internet from the server the internet goes fine.

I have tired with the following command:

echo "0" > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward

But it could not solve the problem.

Now I need a solution to disable the automatic broadcast packet forwarding in oracle linux server.

Thanks in advance.
