is it possible to set up openvpn in bridge mode on server that have two interfaces? I have eth0- local lan 10.10.10.0/24 and eth1 wan side of server.
I would like to through eth1 to reach local lan and have one of 10.10.10.0/24
address.
I am little confused, since I only find howtos dealing with setups that have only one interface?
What do you want, only reaching local LAN through WAN interface, eth1?
If so, the bridge mode isn't necessary. Normally it use NAT mode. VPN tunnel terminate at WAN interface and configuring firewall policy to allow some traffic to reach LAN.
My goal is to have ip address of lan part bacause of some services I need to manage,
and it is possible only as a part of that lan. So I was thinking- openvpn in bridge
mode is answer. Can you point me to some tutorial, howto which will give me more
directions?
