openmosix question

I've been struggling with this for a while. I am clustering using clusterknoppix and when i try to launch the cluster, i get an error with setpe. First of all, when i do setpe -w -f /etc/openmosix.map, it says that the table was written correctly, but its own ip is missing. How do i put this in? it is looking for 127.0.0.1, and i already assigned it an ip with ifconfig. when i do tyd, i get 'unable to initialize openmosix. exiting.' i cant figure out why this is happening other than a misconfigured map file. right now mine looks like

1 192.168.1.11 1
2 192.168.1.12 1

what wrong? this is driving me crazy.
