Open FW port

Is there a command for just adding a port in the firewall?

An other thing, the FW config-tool lokkit seams to clear my iptables ?? (Masquerading, forwarding) Why?

It depends on which programme created the rules.
They may be located in some strange places...

Best to ditch "lokkit" and use maybe Firestarter.
Much more elegant solution!
