This actually occurred. That was very much one of those things I don't get at all. When I hooked up all the "test" modems at the time, they did NOT work when attached to the linux server/router. But as soon as I hooked any one of them to a Windows PC, it worked.

No worries, it all magically started working again. Should it fail again, I'll go back through this thread for info.
