One server - several channels |how to manage this| ?

Please give me a hint on where to start from.
I've got 3 ADSL links from different ISPs and a server, that should be highly available from Internet.
One ISP gave me a static IP whie other 2 - dynamic.
For now server uses that static IP. But what if that link fails? How can I use the remaining connections help me?

Thank you.

A possible start: get an Dynamic DNS account from www.dyndns.org.

Works superbly. A program on your server will report the current IP to dyndns. Then anyone trying to connect to your server will be directed todyndns which will redirect to your IP address. All transparently.
