ntp sucess but..cap_set failed ...in some systems


Hi,
I have configured NTP sucessfully...i made 5 systems as client..out of 5 ...3 systems are synchronizing time correctly..but other 2 are giving errors like
cap_set_proc() failed to drop root privileges: Operation not permitted..

( modprobe capability ) is also checked..working fine..

my kernel is 2.6.20...

plz help me
