Question NTP polling interval in Linux?

There's no man page for ntpd, but I'm wondering, how do I find the polling time for my ntp client and its communication to the ntp server? When I run ntpq, I get the following:

ntpq> peers
remote refid st t when poll reach delay offset jitter
==============================================================================
botox .TRUE. 1 u 22 64 7 10.490 -1.587 0.256
gorn .TRUE. 1 u 23 64 7 24.122 0.485 0.309

Does this mean that my polling interval is 64 seconds?

Sorry, I'm a newbie...

after search around, I believe the answer is that it's dynamic and ranges from minpoll minpoll parameters that can be edited from the ntp.conf:

maxpoll maxpoll
These options specify the minimum and maximum poll
intervals for NTP messages, in seconds to the power of
two. The maximum poll interval defaults to 10 (1,024 s),
but can be increased by the maxpoll option to an upper
limit of 17 (36.4 h). The minimum poll interval defaults
to 6 (64 s), but can be decreased by the minpoll option
to a lower limit of 4 (16 s).
