Not visiable sub partition on local net

Hello

I have server on which I directed an sub partition from another server. When I tray to reach the sub partition from outside my home network it works OK ( i can reach the sub partition or an public IP of the server).
But I cant reach the sub partition or an public IP from my local network ( the network where i have an server with sub partition), I get time out.

What's wrong?

thanks Klemen
