No, i use Redhat 30Days Trail.
the port is listning and when i do lsof -i for process is tied to that process also

when i type the no-ip site name followed by :8080 my router page comes up when i use the directory like sample.hopto.org:8080/mypage it shows 404 not found. when i just use sample.hopto.org it returns the page from /var/www/html/index.html,
I tried disabling the firewall and setting selinux to permissive ., but no luck.

try changing port 8080 to something else.
